Refunds are entirely at Studio Orbit's discretion and explicitly not given if a member forgets to cancel a rolling subscription, per its own terms, and the VIP annual tier is permanently badged 'BLACK FRIDAY DEAL!' regardless of season, worth flagging as a manufactured-urgency pattern.
