Glasgow is SAE's cheapest UK campus for Audio Production: £7,500/yr over 3 years or £9,000/yr accelerated over 2, versus £9,790-£11,750/yr at SAE's London, Liverpool, Leeds and Leamington Spa sites. SAE UK as a whole holds TEF Silver from the Office for Students (2023, upgraded from Bronze). No audio-specific short course had live Glasgow dates at last check; the only bookable short option was an unrelated filmmaking summer school.

Traditional 1-to-1 instrument lessons (guitar, bass, piano) are £35/session, the only price published anywhere on the site. Electronic production tuition (Ableton, Logic, Maschine) runs as unpriced 2-hour Monday evening blocks; a 4-hour 1-to-1 DJ Masterclass is also offered with no published price. private schoolFounded in 2010 by Simon Stokes, performing as Petrichor. Ableton's own directory names him Scotland's only Certified Trainer. Stokes signed to Glasgow techno institution Soma Records by 2013, and his studio collaborators include Slam (Soma), Domenic Capello (Sub Club), Jackmaster (Numbers) and Jasper James (XOYO), giving the school a genuine line into Glasgow's internationally known techno scene rather than just a marketing claim. Courses run from a £45 online Deepbass techno masterclass up through tiered online Ableton courses (£120-£340) to in-person studio tiers (Creator/Producer/Artist, £420-£480) and one-off Pro Sessions with guest producers. Graduates get a release route via the school's own Alumni Records Glasgow label. Also trades as Shoogle Studios and, for its Soma Records tie-up specifically, Soma Skool.
