Courses are validated by Falmouth University, which took a board seat and became WaterBear's degree-awarding partner in 2020; students graduate with a Falmouth University degree or master's. Sheffield shares Brighton's course catalogue and the same £9,790/yr fee (2026/27) for the 3-year BA (Hons) Professional Music routes (Performance, Songwriting, Production, Electronic Music, Business) and the 1-year CertHE; a 4-year route adds an integrated foundation year. WaterBear also runs short artist-led camps (past tutors have included members of Squeeze, Marillion and The Darkness), but as of August 2026 these run at the Brighton site only, with no price published, so the genuine cheapest current commitment at Sheffield is the £9,790/yr degree fee, not a short course.
